Invitation to TRANSCENDANCE™
for
Recreational Wellness

Remember standing in front of a mirror when you were little being fascinated by your own reflection? Did you twirl around, make faces, imagine yourself doing fantastical amazing things?

It was so easy and natural to do those things when I was small. Now I talk myself into doing it because I refuse to accept that my little girl was wrong all those years ago.

Join me for  TRANSCENDANCE™  and we will celebrate moving freely and joyfully together!

Janet Langmeier

P.S. - Full Disclosure
I am the person in the aerobics class moving left when everyone else is moving right.
I am the person in the couple's dance class stepping on my partner's feet.
I lost my place trying to follow Richard Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies video alone in my front room.

Do you secretly want to dance?

TRANSCENDANCE™ is for you!

There are no steps to follow.
There is no right or wrong way to move.
How you move and how fast or slow is up to you.
No need for previous dance or movement experience.

Allow the music, your spirit,
and your body
to move you from the inside out.

Wear comfortable clothing so you can move easily.
All ages and movement levels are welcome.

TRANSCENDANCE™ helps connect you to your source & move you from:
Physical Tension to Physical Freedom
Stress & Stiffness to Fun & Flexibility
Emotional Anxiety to Emotional Resiliency
Mental Confusion to Mental Acuity
Physical Weakness to Physical Fitness
Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence
Procrastination to Productivity
Fear & Delay to Faith & Action
Depression to Happiness

"Stifling an urge to dance is bad for your health - it rusts your spirit and your hips." -Adabella Radici

Did You Know?

...there are cave paintings depicting dance that are over 10,000 years old?

I think that means there's a pretty deep groove in our human DNA for dancing!
